AI & HPC data centres

Building the infrastructure behind AI.

We design and build high-density data centres for artificial intelligence and high-performance computing, starting from the power.

What we build

Campuses sized for the compute AI needs.

AI workloads draw more power per rack, run hotter and scale faster than traditional IT. We plan every site around that from day one: the grid connection, the cooling and the building are designed together.

Power and grid

Site selection driven by available capacity, high-voltage connection, and integration of on-site generation and battery storage.

High-density halls

Data halls laid out for GPU clusters, with the floor loading, power distribution and cabling that dense racks require.

Liquid cooling

Cooling systems designed for direct-to-chip liquid cooling alongside air, so halls can follow the hardware as it changes.

Design and build

One team from concept design and permitting through construction, commissioning and handover to the operator.

Approach

From a plot of land to energised halls.

  1. Stage 1

    Site

Land, permits and a realistic view of the power that can actually be delivered.

  2. Stage 2

    Power

Grid connection, on-site supply and a phased ramp agreed before design is fixed.

  3. Stage 3

    Design

Electrical, cooling and building design for the target rack density.

  4. Stage 4

    Build

Construction in phases, so the first capacity comes online while the rest is built.

  5. Stage 5

    Commission

Integrated testing and handover of each phase, ready for the tenant's hardware.

Principles

How we work.

Power first

A data centre is only as real as its power. We verify capacity with documents, not promises.

Built for density

We design for the racks coming next, not the ones being retired.

Speed to capacity

Phased delivery gets compute running early and keeps the rest of the build on schedule.
